Challenge

To increase the following and visibility online of the local trampoline park. Increase brand awareness, enquiries and improve customer service by engaging with their existing audience. The management of High Altitude`s other challenge was creating content on a daily basis which matched their brand.

Strategy

Sitting down with High Altitude`s management team we were quickly able to understand their challenges and created a strategy to produce engaging content on a daily basis. This included both organic and paid social media content which promoted their regular sessions and seasonal events.

Approach

Our approach was to keep the content light-hearted, informal and in keeping with High Altitudes brand. The aim was to connect with their existing audience and to quickly build their following. This approach included humorous videos, imagery and focusing on the health benefits of trampolining for children and adults.

The Process

The first steps included creating a content calendar and library of engaging content to work with.
