Challenge

The challenge for Matthew Clayton, owner of Norfolk Fire Protection, was finding the time to consistently market his business across social media. Matthew approached us to manage Facebook and LinkedIn for him and to produce engaging content and build his following on both platforms.

Strategy

Sitting down with Matthew we created a social media strategy that would see content created on a consistent basis. This content would be branded to help increase awareness of Norfolk Fire Protection to their target audience. Part of the strategy was to increase their followers and connections.

Approach

Our approach was to include fire safety tips, advice and content that would be both educational and entertaining to Norfolk Fire Protection`s audience. Matthew has some input in to the content but our aim was to save him valuable time so that he could focus on other areas of his business.
