I always get asked this question & although there are articles out there that suggest certain times & certain days are best I don`t think this is a `one-size fits all` scenario.

It depends on the industry you are in & your target audience.

My advice would be to make the most of your Facebook Insights as this will tell you what time & what day YOUR followers are online, this is valuable information as you can then target your social media efforts to the best time of day & week. You can access your Facebook Insights via your Admin Panel within your Facebook business page, this is NOT available to personal profiles so yet another good reason to use a business Facebook Page as opposed to using a personal profile.
